1 – PRODUCTS
Each product offered on this site is accompanied by several photos, a descriptive and informative text in French, as well as maintenance advice. The photographs of the products are intended to be faithful to the item offered for sale. However, it is impossible for us to guarantee a perfect similarity between the photographs and the items, the colorimetry of each computer being different, slight variations may appear at the time of receipt of the item. In addition, the products being made by hand, the placement of the prints may vary from one item to another. The photographs are for information purposes only and are not contractual.
2 – PRICES AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. They take into account the VAT in effect on the day of purchase. Lebodi Paris reserves the right to modify prices at any time and without notice, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated by the customer. The items offered on lebodi-paris.com are for sale while stocks last. The price of the product does not include: - Shipping costs for the product(s). These may vary depending on the delivery location, weight or volume of the products and are specified as the order progresses in the shopping cart. - In the event of an order to a country other than Metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the product(s) concerned. He is therefore responsible for any customs duties or import taxes relating to this purchase. The company Ouap Production, under the trade name Lebodi Paris, is in no way liable for these duties and amounts. - Any costs for telephone communications with customer service. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.- Electronic communication costs inherent to accessing the site. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item (or several) ordered by the customer is no longer available, and his card has been debited: the customer will then have the choice of keeping his order until the item is back in stock, or of being fully reimbursed for the price of the item. 3 – ORDERS
The customer can place an order on the Site by following the steps indicated. The order will only be validated after receipt of payment.Lebodi Paris reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason, including the abnormal nature of the order.Modification of the Order: Once the order has been validated, the customer can no longer modify it. In the event of an error, the customer must contact Lebodi Paris customer service as soon as possible.Availability of Products: Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of a product after placing the order, Lebodi Paris will inform the customer by email and the order will be automatically canceled. The customer will be refunded as soon as possible if the payment has already been made.
4 – PAYMENT
Payment for purchases is made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or any other method offered on the site (PayPal, payment in installments, etc.). Fraud Prevention: To prevent fraud, Lebodi Paris may verify the information provided by the customer when ordering and request additional supporting documentation. In the event of suspected fraud, Lebodi Paris reserves the right to cancel the order.
5 – DELIVERY
Delivery Address: Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address before confirming the order. Lebodi Paris cannot be held liable for delays or non-deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delivery Time: Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a firm commitment on our part. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the chosen delivery method, and product availability. Lebodi Paris cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control (strikes, bad weather, transportation issues, etc.).
Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are indicated at the time of ordering and vary depending on the delivery location, the chosen delivery method, and the weight of the package. These costs are added to the total order amount before validation by the customer.
Delivery Tracking: Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing them to track the package's progress. The customer can track the delivery status in real time on the carrier's website.
Order Receipt: Upon receipt of the package, the customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and products. In the event of damage or missing products, the customer must immediately notify the carrier and Lebodi Paris by email, providing supporting photos.
Delivery Issues: In the event of a delivery delay, the customer is invited to contact Lebodi Paris customer service for information on the delivery of their package. If delivery has not been made within 30 days of the indicated delivery date, the customer may cancel their order and receive a refund.
6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs.

Products must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by their label. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
7 - WARRANTIES AND COMPLAINTS
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of a defective product, the customer may return it to Lebodi Paris, 124 boulevard Diderot, 75012 PARIS for repair, exchange, or refund.

Complaint Processing: Lebodi Paris undertakes to process all complaints within 15 business days. If the complaint is deemed justified, Lebodi Paris will offer the customer a repair, exchange, or refund as soon as possible.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the products.
